Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is getting a seasonal soundtrack swap in EPCOT’s World Discovery neighborhood at Walt Disney World. From November 25 through January 6, 2027, three holiday songs will rotate on the attraction.
The tracks shuffle, so the song you get can differ from one ride to the next.
Which songs are in the holiday rotation?
Riders will hear one of the following:
- “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” by Andy Williams
- “Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24” by Trans-Siberian Orchestra
- “Christmas Wrapping” by The Waitresses
What happens to the usual playlist?
Music is central at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, where the story is driven by Star-Lord’s love of earthly rock ‘n’ roll. The standard rotation draws on six songs by Terran musicians, from Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September” to Blondie’s “One Way or Another.” The holiday trio takes over that lineup for the season.
Does the holiday window overlap the Festival of the Holidays?
Yes. The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays runs November 27 through December 30, fully inside the ride’s holiday window, so festival guests can hear the seasonal soundtrack too.
Seasonal décor, limited-time treats and holiday overlays are also arriving across Walt Disney World.
I keep a live EPCOT wait times page that is updated all day.
