Disney Cruise Line just revealed its Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 itineraries, and the Disney Wish is going to New York. The ship arrives in New York City in late September 2027, right after its inaugural season in Europe, for seven voyages running four to seven nights.
Early bookings open for select Castaway Club members on August 31, and general booking opens September 8 on disneycruise.com. There’s a lot on the board before then.
Where does the Disney Wish sail from New York?
Bermuda, mostly. Five of the New York sailings head for Bermuda’s pink sand beaches, and three of those stretch the visit by an extra day. The Wish will also sail from New York up to New England and Canada’s Atlantic coast, which Disney Cruise Line hasn’t done in nearly four years. Autumn leaves, red funnels.
What’s new in Puerto Rico and Panama?
San Juan picks up more departures, with the Wish and the Disney Fantasy running five- to seven-night Southern and Eastern Caribbean sailings across both seasons.
The Disney Magic takes on the Panama Canal twice, once in each season, on 14-night repositioning cruises. Each one includes a maiden call: Fuerte Amador (Panama City) on the eastbound crossing, and Colon, the Caribbean gateway to the canal, on the westbound.
Which ships sail from Florida?
The Disney Destiny will home port in Port Canaveral for the first time in Fall 2027, with three- to seven-night cruises to The Bahamas and the Western Caribbean. It opens the season in Fort Lauderdale on shorter three- to five-night runs, heroes-and-villains dining included.
After New York and San Juan, the Wish comes back to Port Canaveral for three- and four-night Bahamian cruises stopping at Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
The Disney Treasure keeps its seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean schedule, plus two one-offs: an eight-night Eastern Caribbean sailing and a six-night Bahamian sailing that stops at Castaway Cay twice. Yes, the same island, twice, on purpose.
The Disney Dream sails short Bahamian trips from Port Canaveral before repositioning to Fort Lauderdale in November 2027, and it gets a six-night double-Castaway-Cay sailing of its own. The Disney Fantasy will sail from Port Canaveral from September through November 2027 on four- and five-night cruises, and from Fort Lauderdale on four- to seven-night cruises. From Fort Lauderdale it also sails to Bermuda for the first time, an eight-night cruise that visits both Disney island destinations.
What about San Diego, Galveston, and Singapore?
Two ships work the West Coast through early November 2027. The Magic and the Disney Wonder both start the season in San Diego on three- to seven-night Baja and Mexican Riviera sailings, and the Wonder stays through both seasons with stops at Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas, and Catalina Island.
The Magic heads to Galveston after its eastbound canal crossing for four- to seven-night cruises, and select seven-night Bahamian trips from Texas hit both Disney islands.
Over in Southeast Asia, the Disney Adventure continues from Singapore with new three- and four-night itineraries from September to December 2027. Select sailings from December 31, 2026 through May 2027 add a new port of call, Langkawi, Malaysia, where you’ll find rainforest and coastline to explore ashore.
Halloween on the High Seas sailings start in September 2027 with costumed characters, deck parties, and trick-or-treating at sea. Very Merrytime cruises follow in November and December 2027, tree lighting and all.
