Disneyland is now running Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln and Walt Disney: A Magical Life on a daily rotation at the Main Street Opera House, giving guests a chance to see both shows in a single visit.
The change began today, February 12. Mr. Lincoln runs in the morning, while A Magical Life takes over in the afternoon. Guests can check the Disneyland app for exact showtimes.
How the Rotation Works
Both shows share the same Main Street Opera House theater thanks to a turntable on the stage. When Walt Disney: A Magical Life debuted as part of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration, Mr. Lincoln went on an extended hiatus. The classic show returned in November 2025 as a backup whenever A Magical Life was unable to perform.
Now both are running at set times daily rather than one serving as a fallback for the other. No major changes were made to Mr. Lincoln’s show, aside from some set modifications to accommodate the turntable.
Planning Your Visit
If you want to catch Mr. Lincoln, plan to visit the Opera House before 1:30 PM. A Magical Life, which features a new Walt Disney animatronic, takes over in the afternoon through park close. Both shows are included with park admission.
