The Turf Club Bar and Grill reopens September 30, 2026, at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Disney has revealed a menu with prime rib, plant-based dishes, cocktails and a halibut entrée with an EPCOT-grown garnish.

That halibut comes wrapped in smoked salmon, alongside seasonal risotto and citrus beurre blanc. A nasturtium from The Land Pavilion at EPCOT finishes the plate.
What’s on The Turf Club Bar and Grill food menu?
Appetizers include French onion soup with fontina and Gruyère, plus sweet-and-spicy Brussels sprouts with agave glaze and crispy Vidalia onions. The sprouts are plant-based. Crispy chicken wings come with a choice of buffalo or garlic-Parmesan sauce, blue cheese, and celery.
The wedge salad has bacon, buttermilk-chive ranch, pickled red onions and tomatoes. Its marigold garnish also comes from The Land Pavilion at EPCOT. Golden-fried calamari with shishito peppers and lemon butter shrimp round out the appetizers.
For entrées, slow-roasted prime rib comes with a baked potato, seasonal vegetables, au jus and horseradish sauce. Braised pork shank pairs New York cheddar grits with a bacon-bourbon glaze. The char-grilled butcher’s steak has roasted garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables and house-made steak sauce.
There’s also a plant-based spinach and mushroom linguini with mushroom “cream” sauce and basil-tofu “ricotta.” The Turf Club Burger comes with New York white cheddar, bacon, onion straws and seasoned waffle fries. Other choices are corn flake-breaded fried chicken and waffle with roasted jalapeño maple syrup, and pappardelle shrimp pasta with asparagus and truffle sauce.
Desserts run from chocolate-hazelnut cake to vanilla bean cheesecake and salted caramel pot de crème. The plant-based apple tart comes with caramel sauce, streusel and “gelato.”
The Turf Club Bar and Grill dining room at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has vintage equestrian memorabilia. It overlooks the golf course greens, Lake Buena Vista and Disney Springs.
Which drinks are on the menu?
The Saratoga Cocktail combines Michter’s Single Barrel Rye Whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth and bitters. The Winner’s Circle Margarita uses Don Julio Reposado Tequila and Grand Marnier. Guests will also find a New York Sour, a Mint Julep and a Pineapple Mule among the specialty cocktails.
For a drink without alcohol, the Enchanted Grove Lime Splash pairs limeade with cucumber and mint. The Enchanting Ember Lemonade combines lemonade, strawberry and hot honey. The menu also lists dessert cocktails, beer, hard seltzer, wines and Joffrey’s coffee.
Disney says menu items are subject to change and availability.
