SeaWorld Orlando is offering Florida Certified K-12 classroom teachers the exclusive SeaWorld Teacher Card. This card, available to all Florida Teachers holding a valid Teacher ID card verifiable through GovX, entitles Florida Teachers to free unlimited visits to SeaWorld Orlando until September 4th, 2025.
This exclusive pass is only available online; teachers will need their government-issued ID and teacher’s Department of Education number in order to register; if you are a private school teacher, you will need to bring a letter from your principal or director on an official letterhead stating that you are a teacher, along with a Florida picture ID and a paystub from your employer to the front gate so that a SeaWorld ticketing representative can verify your status as a teacher, confirm your eligibility for the SeaWorld Florida Teacher Card, and provide you with your pass.
While resigration requirements are strict and may exclude certain personnel, teachers who are eligible for this pass are encouraged to use their own personal computers and personal emails to create their GovX account to pre-register for this exclusive perk; it is not recommended to pre-register for the SeaWorld Florida Teacher Card on an outdated browser application or on mobile, as this may produce complications or unsatisfactory experiences with the registration website.
While the free SeaWorld Teacher’s Card only offers free, unlimited admission to SeaWorld Orlando, teachers can opt to add Aquatica Orlando, one of Orlando’s premier water parks, for a discounted price of 47.99, entitling the cardholder to unlimited visitation to Aquatica through September 4, 2025 with no blockout dates. This add-on can be purchased on the GovX site during registration.
And as an added perk, SeaWorld Teacher’s Card holders receive exclusive discounts on tickets, allowing card holders to purchase additional SeaWorld tickets for as low as 36.99 for family and friends. These discounted tickets can also be purchased through the GovX registration site, but buyer beware! These friends and family tickets must be used by October 4th, 2024.

SAD NEWS. Seaworld mandates first trip must occur by May 31st, 2025, so don’t make any summer plans to visit the park.

Sorry to hear that you missed their cut off date. The good news is that SeaWorld runs promotions like this all the time – this isn’t the first year they’ve offered educators, military, and young children steep discounts or free tickets and it probably won’t be the last, so keep an eye out and hopefully they will announce 2026 tickets around the same time this year!
