February just got a whole lot sweeter at Disney Springs. Gideon’s Bakehouse has dropped their February menu, and it’s giving major Valentine’s vibes with some seriously indulgent offerings.
Cookie of the Month: Strawberry Dark Chocolate
The star of the show is a limited-edition strawberry cookie made with housemade strawberry puree, filled with dark chocolate, and topped with strawberry-infused sugar. If you’re a strawberry lover, this one’s calling your name.
The Eternal Flame Returns
Fan-favorite Eternal Flame is back for February, and it’s just as intense as you remember. It’s a velvety chocolate cookie laced with Gideon’s house-made ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon spice mix, infused with cherry essence, and topped with chocolate-covered cherries. It’s available every weekend at both locations with a limit of two per person — so plan accordingly.
Eternal Flame Cake Slices (Sundays Only)
If cookies aren’t enough, the Eternal Flame cake slice returns on Sundays throughout February. We’re talking three layers of double-frosted chocolate cake with red cherry buttercream and chocolate fudge buttercream. Yeah, it’s as over-the-top as it sounds.
Fire & Ice Coffee
To wash it all down, the Fire & Ice coffee is back — a Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with a touch of spice. Perfect pairing with any of the February treats.
February Merch
Gideon’s is also dropping February merchandise featuring their character Pipistrello Morsel, including a menu print, sticker, T-shirt, art print, hoodie, and an Eternal Flame-scented candle. Because of course there’s a candle.
Gideon’s Bakehouse is located in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. If you’re visiting this month, the lines are always worth it — just get there early.
