Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs will offer a holiday menu from November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027. Seasonal drinks include a non-alcoholic apple-and-kiwi blend and a three-part alcoholic hot chocolate flight.

The bar will also have seasonal decor. Food and drinks are subject to change and availability.

Holiday drinks, from ginger ale to cocoa
Apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime, and ginger ale make up the new non-alcoholic Hangar Holly Jolly, garnished with cranberries.

Three new options include:
- Cranberry Apple Compass Mule: Gin, cider, cranberry, lemon, and ginger beer, garnished with sugared cranberries.
- Holiday Cranberry Negroni: Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
- Frosted Passage Martini: Vodka, white chocolate liqueur, white crème de cacao, and cream, with a white chocolate garnish.

The new Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight features three Joffrey’s cocoa preparations with whipped cream. One combines dark chocolate with tequila, chile liqueur, and cinnamon syrup. Another mixes white hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord liqueurs, raspberry sauce, and salted caramel crispy pearls. The third pairs dark chocolate with coconut rum and Irish cream, coconut flakes, and holiday sprinkles.
Turkey, seafood, and holiday plates
Among the new dishes, Holiday Freight Rolls are pork, beef, and sweet potato egg rolls served with cranberry sweet-and-sour sauce. Fried turkey takes croquette form in Present Perfect Croquettes, served with cherry-orange brandy glaze.

Seafood gets its own new plate with North Pole Catch: smoked trout dip and lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper-dill cream cheese, and fish-and-shrimp cakes with citrus mustard aioli.

For Oh Christmas Brie, crispy Danish brie comes with candied black pepper bacon and lingonberry marmalade. Tinsel and Tender Bites serves Cabernet-braised short ribs with cauliflower purée and spiced macadamia nuts. Both dishes are new.

A Wreath of Wellington combines puff pastry, strip steak, gruyère, and mushroom duxelles, with horseradish-mustard aioli and herbed Parmesan. Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs uses sweet potato filling, finished with fried chicken, cranberry, parsley, and herbed butter.
