Constellation Carousel features seven cosmic music tracks, each with its own choreography, at Universal Epic Universe’s Celestial Park. Stardust Racers switches soundtracks after sunset.

By day, riders hear an adventurous orchestration. At night, the music takes on a more ethereal, delicate tone.
Rides after sunset
Stardust Racers’ illuminated ride vehicles look like glowing comets crossing the night sky. The track itself isn’t illuminated. The dual-launch coaster reaches 62 mph, rises 133 feet and spans 4,800 feet of track.
For a gentler ride, Constellation Carousel pairs colorful creatures with details drawn from constellation myths and legends. Points of light on each animal trace its corresponding constellation. The lion carries Leo’s pattern, while the bear carries Ursa Major’s.

The carousel also provides views of Celestial Park’s gardens and reflecting pools during the evening.

Where can you dine after dark?
At Atlantic, large glass windows overlook Celestial Park and the Neptune Pool. The full-service restaurant has an undersea theme, with 36 mechanical fish “swimming” overhead.

Colored light shines through the fish’s translucent scales. Atlantic’s menu stays the same between day and night, so the nighttime distinction comes from the setting and views.
Universal recommends these selections:
- Bucatini alla Adriata: Pasta and shrimp with shiitake mushrooms, arugula, creamy tomato sauce and a bacon-herb breadcrumb garnish.
- Northern Lights Martini: A cocktail that shimmers and changes colors as you drink it.
The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant creates a nighttime atmosphere indoors at any hour. Blinking neon signs greet diners, while floating lanterns and twinkling stars decorate the main dining room.

For dinner outdoors, the restaurant has seating beneath colorful, upside-down parasols, with a brook nearby and views of Celestial Park. Right outside the restaurant, the glowing neon-blue dragon resembles the constellation Draco.

Food and drink recommendations include:

- Dragon Fried Rice: One of Universal’s recommended entrées.
- Chicken Khao Soi: Another entrée recommendation.
- Snowflake Potstickers: A shareable small-plate or dim sum choice.
- Golden Dragon mocktail: Lime and pineapple juice, coconut, and a hint of ginger and jalapeño essence.
The drinks menu also includes Japanese whisky, sake and specialty cocktails alongside its mocktails.
For a quick-service meal, Pizza Moon takes its theme from an early-1900s Victorian-style theater.
