Disney is turning Imagineering’s eye for hidden details into something fans can wear. Disney .YNSD, a lifestyle brand created by a collective of Walt Disney Imagineers, will make its public debut at Mickey’s of Glendale during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event presented by Visa.
Fans will be able to shop two collections at the event. One establishes the brand’s understated design style, while the other pulls its patterns and concealed imagery from Haunted Mansion Parlor aboard the Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
What does Disney .YNSD mean?
.YNSD is pronounced “yen-sid.” The name reverses “Disney” without its vowels and nods to Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey’s mentor in Disney’s Fantasia. Yes, Imagineers turned a spelling puzzle into a fashion label, which feels exactly right.
The brand won’t rely on familiar character graphics placed front and center. Instead, its stories come through materials, textures, silhouettes, construction details, and references that may take time to notice.
Disney says the pieces are designed for everyday use, with some details immediately recognizable and others worked quietly into each item. The debut will take place during D23 2026, where tickets start at $49.
What is included in Disney .YNSD Collection 1?
Collection 1 introduces .YNSD through tees, crewnecks, outerwear, and accessories. Its design details include tonal graphics, embroidery, custom trims, and utility-inspired accents.

There’s more hiding beneath the clean silhouettes. Custom patches and specialty finishes appear throughout the collection, while photochromic inks reveal graphics when exposed to sunlight.

Other references are integrated into the garments’ construction instead of appearing as prominent artwork. Disney describes the collection as a foundation for the brand’s approach to discovery and understated Disney design.
How does Haunted Mansion Parlor inspire Collection 2?
Collection 2 draws from the Victorian textiles, layered patterns, ornate flourishes, and concealed motifs inside Haunted Mansion Parlor. The Disney Cruise Line space appears aboard both the Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.

A custom pattern inspired by the parlor’s textiles and decorative details runs across apparel, accessories, and lifestyle pieces. Within its floral arrangements, fans can find ghostly imagery, subtle symbols, and other references connected to the room’s atmosphere.

The designs don’t reproduce familiar characters or attraction icons. They focus on the details that give Haunted Mansion Parlor its identity, allowing the pattern to reveal more with a closer look.
Collections 1 and 2 will debut publicly through Mickey’s of Glendale at the fan event.
