Holiday World’s Summer Wine’d Down Culinary Festival runs from Tuesday, August 4 through Sunday, September 13, 2026, with dozens of event-specific food and beverage items across Holiday World and Splashin’ Safari.
The menu turns the parks’ holiday lands into a tasting route. Guests can buy items individually or use a Tasting Pass for five event-specific food selections. Alcohol is not included with the pass.
New food across both parks
Summer Wine’d Down spreads its 2026 menu across Christmas, Halloween, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Splashin’ Safari locations. The lineup covers savory meals, desserts, coffee, lemonade, and frozen drinks.

Christmas options include the Deck the Halls Deli Sub at Santa’s Merry Marketplace, a Christmas Cookie Sundae at Sugarplum Scoop Shoppe, and Butter Cookie Hot Cocoa at Polar Expresso. Halloween brings the Banshee Bite and Monster Mash to Goblin Burgers.
Other highlights include Star-Spangled Beignets at Freedom Funnel Cakes, A-maize-ing Enchilada Pie at The Alamo, Bayou Shrimp Basket at Wildebeestro, and Better Together Chicken and Pineapple Teriyaki at Bahari Snacks. Resolution Breaker Pizza and Good Luck Garlic Knots are available at Safari Pizza.

How the Tasting Pass works
The 2026 Tasting Pass covers five event-specific food items and remains valid on operating days throughout the August 4 to September 13 festival window. Guests who buy the pass online must exchange the voucher for a physical card at Holiday World Services, Splashin’ Safari Rentals, or a participating food location.
The pass is sold at 19 locations across the two parks, including The Alamo, Bahari Snacks, Goblin Burgers, Jungle Jake’s, Plymouth Rock Café, Safari Pizza, Sam’s Smokehouse, Santa’s Merry Marketplace, and Wildebeestro. Season Pass food discounts apply to à la carte festival items, but not to the Tasting Pass.
Admission and adult beverages
No separate festival ticket is required. Any admission valid for the operating date includes access to Summer Wine’d Down. The park lists eligible daily tickets along with Platinum Season Passes, Season Passes, and Pre-K Passes.
Guests 21 and older can find recommended wine pairings and other adult beverages at Plymouth on the Rocks, Witches Brew, Liki Tiki, and The Watering Hole. During Friday Night Live, participating Holiday World restaurants can serve festival items through September 13, but Splashin’ Safari restaurants are closed for the evening event.

For the widest choice, check the park’s operating calendar and restaurant availability before arriving. The Tasting Pass can also stretch across multiple visits, so guests do not need to redeem all five selections in one day.
