Veterans Day ceremonies and military recognition
Disneyland park and Magic Kingdom Park will host special Veterans Day Flag Retreat ceremonies on November 11. Both ceremonies recognize the service and sacrifice of those who have served in uniform.

For many guests and cast members, these ceremonies have become a tradition.

November is also National Veterans and Military Families Month. Teams across Disney will honor veterans, service members, and military families through special recognition, stories, and tributes.
The merchandise continues an annual tradition of honoring veterans and military families while celebrating their lasting contributions to the nation.

Disney’s military ties reach back more than a century. That connection began with Disney’s founders.
Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney both answered the call to serve their country during World War I. Since then, Disney has supported military communities through programs, experiences, community events, and special moments of recognition.
