Universal CityWalk is running three exclusive Father’s Day dishes at Universal Orlando Resort, timed to Father’s Day on Sunday, June 21, 2026. The dishes land across three spots: Bigfire, Voodoo Doughnut, and NBC Sports Grill & Brew. Each one is a limited offering built around the holiday, so they are not part of the regular year-round menus.
If you are planning a CityWalk meal that weekend, this is the kind of thing worth booking ahead for. CityWalk sits outside the gates, so you do not need a park ticket to eat there, which makes it an easy plan for a family dinner.
What is the Tomahawk Ribeye at Bigfire?
Bigfire is bringing back its 34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye for the holiday. It comes plated with black truffle lobster mac and cheese, fire-kissed Brussels sprouts, jalapeño cheddar sausage, chimichurri, and a side of au poivre sauce butter. It is a big, shareable steak built for a celebration dinner.
The dish is not new to Bigfire. Chef Elvin Correa Rios says the team ran it during Valentine’s Day and saw enough success to bring it back. “Everything we do, we try to elevate,” Correa Rios said, pointing to the lobster stock in the mac and cheese and the au poivre sauce that pairs with both the steak and the pasta. If you have eaten through Universal’s other seasonal CityWalk dining drops, the format here is familiar: one signature plate tied to a calendar moment.
The doughnut and the surf-and-turf
Voodoo Doughnut has a Father’s Day treat called Breakfast for Dad. It is made with blueberry buttermilk, maple icing, a velvet top, and fresh blueberries. Small order, lower commitment than a 34-ounce steak, and an easy add to a morning at the resort.
NBC Sports Grill & Brew is serving a Land & Sea plate. That one stacks New York Strip steak, grilled prawns, roasted potato hash, grilled broccolini, Gorgonzola-truffle butter, and chimichurri. Between the three venues, you can cover a steakhouse dinner, a sports-bar plate, and a breakfast doughnut without leaving CityWalk.
Dates and access
The dishes are tied to Father’s Day weekend, with the holiday falling on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Universal has not published a firm start date, an end date, or pricing for any of the three items, so call the restaurant or check at the venue if you want exact numbers before you go. Bigfire and NBC Sports Grill & Brew both take reservations, which is the smart move on a holiday weekend.
CityWalk admission is free, so any of these is doable as a standalone visit. If you are pairing the meal with a park day, it is worth checking live Universal Orlando wait times before you commit to a dinner time, and Epic Universe fans can fold a trip over to the newest park into the same weekend.
What to know
Three limited dishes, three CityWalk venues, all built around Father’s Day on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Bigfire’s Tomahawk Ribeye is the headline plate and a returning favorite, NBC Sports Grill & Brew’s Land & Sea is the surf-and-turf option, and Voodoo Doughnut’s Breakfast for Dad is the low-key pick. Pricing and exact availability windows have not been announced, so confirm before you plan the table.
