Disneyland Resort previewed five Halloween food and drink items on Thursday, July 30, ahead of Halloween Time, which runs from August 21 through October 31, 2026. The preview spans Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure with four new creations and a returning fan favorite.
Guests now have a first set of snack stops to add to a fall park plan before the complete Disneyland Resort Halloween Foodie Guide arrives.

The five dishes
The first look includes a matcha Mickey waffle, spicy wings, a maple cold brew, ube cheesecake churros, and a returning Boo-gogi toasted cheese with corn cheese soup. The lineup reaches Schmoozies, Smokejumpers Grill, Terran Treats, Harbour Galley, and Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe across both Disneyland Resort theme parks.
The matcha Mickey-shaped waffle is filled with banana custard and will be served at Schmoozies in Disney California Adventure. The green Mickey waffle was the first mystery dish presented during the tasting game.
Villainous wings combine a sweet and tangy gochujang sauce with ghost pepper ranch. Guests will find them at Smokejumpers Grill in Disney California Adventure.
The brown butter maple cold brew starts with Joffrey’s Beignet-flavored cold brew, then adds maple brown butter syrup and brown butter cold foam. The drink will be available at Harbour Galley in Disneyland Park.
Terran Treats in Disney California Adventure will serve ube cheesecake churros. The churros are tossed in chocolate cookie crumbles and paired with an ube-infused whipped topping finished with more cookie crumbles.
The returning Boo-gogi toasted cheese comes with corn cheese soup at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe in Disneyland Park. The sandwich combines bulgogi-marinated beef, grilled onions, pickled radish, and kimchi aioli. Chili oil and chopped chives finish the soup.

Inside the Disney Eats tasting game
Disney Legend Bob Gurr, creator Garrett Watts, and actress Yvette Nicole Brown sampled the dishes during a Disney Eats game filmed inside Carthay Circle Restaurant. Their challenge was to identify each official item name using taste, sight, smell, and sound, with Madame Leota supplying clues when the panel rang a bell.
Planning for Halloween Time
Halloween Time runs for 72 days at Disneyland Resort, from Friday, August 21 through Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The five previewed dishes cover quick-service stops in both parks, so guests can plan around the park they are visiting. The complete Foodie Guide will provide the broader seasonal lineup.
