The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen will serve six new National Chocolate Day dishes. The menu will run October 25–31, 2026, at Universal CityWalk Orlando at Universal Orlando Resort.
The holiday falls on October 28. Toothsome’s celebration covers surf and turf alongside desserts.
Chef Joseph Turner says he pushed the boundaries of his cooking at Toothsome this year.
Which savory dishes are on the menu?
- Chocolate Crusted Blackened Halibut: The blackened fish comes with arugula, frisée, apples and feta brûlée. Its accompaniments also include dried cranberries, cucumbers and grape tomatoes. White chocolate appears in the balsamic vinaigrette and the white chocolate-crushed roasted almond brittle served with the dish.
- Beef Bourguignon: This hearty stew carries hints of chocolate. Toothsome serves it with sweet potato pavé and broiled broccolini. A chocolate-mushroom velouté completes the preparation.
- White Chocolate & Coconut Lobster: The preparation includes preserved lemon, blistered tomatoes and leeks, plus garlic and shallots. Gnocchi, caviar and parmesan cheese also feature in the dish.
What’s on the dessert menu?
- Corn & Chocolate: This dessert starts with tortillas coated in cinnamon-Calabrian sugar. Toothsome tops them with chocolate-hazelnut spread and white chocolate, then adds blackberry compote and Chantilly vanilla-cream.
- Pistachio Croissant: The croissant is flaky. Inside, it holds a pistachio cream filling. Toothsome serves the pastry with white chocolate ice cream, a blackberry compote and caramel as part of its holiday dessert selection.
- Chocolate Obsession Sundae: Chocolate ice cream forms the base of this dessert. Brownies, brookies and chocolate gears top the sundae, along with crisps, whipped topping and ganache. Chocolate runs through the toppings, too: Universal says everything in this sundae is made from chocolate.
Turner encourages guests and chocolate lovers to try different things during the celebration.
