Who’s joining the talkback?

D23 has named four cast members for the after-show conversation. Participants are subject to change:

• Danny Grumich, Pumbaa: Theater credits include Newsies, Kinky Boots, and Sister Act.
• David D’lancy Wilson, Mufasa: Credits include Toronto productions of The Lion King and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
• Syndee Winters, Nala: Her Broadway credits also include Hamilton, Motown the Musical, and Pippin.
• Gilbert Domally, Simba: His credits include Broadway’s The Lion King and regional productions of The Color Purple and Choir Boy.

The stage musical features Elton John and Tim Rice’s songs from the animated The Lion King. Its Broadway score also includes three new songs by the pair and music from “Rhythm of the Pride Lands.”
