Mazloum succeeds Josh D’Amaro, who Disney identified in the announcement as the incoming Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company. In the role, Mazloum will oversee Disney’s global theme parks, cruise ships, resort hotels, adventures and expeditions, consumer products, and Walt Disney Imagineering.

Disney said Mazloum brings operational leadership experience from Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Signature Experiences, and most recently Disneyland Resort, where he served as president during the resort’s 70th anniversary celebration. The company also pointed to Mazloum’s earlier hospitality background and work at Crystal Cruise Line before joining Disney.

The announcement also confirmed three additional executive appointments, all of whom will report to Mazloum:

  • Jill Estorino will become President, Disneyland Resort.
  • Tasia Filippatos will become President, Disney Parks International.
  • Lisa Baldzicki will become President, Disney Consumer Products.

Disney said Estorino will move from Disney Parks International to Disneyland Resort, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience and a background that includes global marketing and sales for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. The company credited Estorino with helping expand Disney’s international footprint, including work tied to Shanghai Disney Resort.

Filippatos will shift from Disney Consumer Products to Disney Parks International. Disney said Filippatos will oversee the continued growth and development of the company’s international parks portfolio, including Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disneyland, Tokyo Disney Resort with Oriental Land Company, and the planned Abu Dhabi park project with Miral.

Baldzicki, most recently head of Parks Product Development & Retail for Disney Consumer Products, will take over as President, Disney Consumer Products. Disney said Baldzicki will lead the next phase of its global retail and licensing business across more than 100 product categories and 180 countries.

The changes come after Theme Park Shark covered Josh D’Amaro being named Disney CEO on Monday, February 3, 2026. Readers can also revisit our coverage of what that leadership shift means for theme park fans, along with D’Amaro’s recent comments on park priorities.

All four new Disney Experiences roles will take effect on Tuesday, March 18, 2026, according to the company.
