Disneyland has unveiled a new Main Street, U.S.A. window honoring Disney Imagineer Kim Irvine and her mother, Disney Legend Leota Toombs. Disney Parks called it the first-ever mother and daughter Main Street, U.S.A. window, and it now sits above the Crystal Arts shop at Disneyland Park.

If you are heading into Disneyland, this is a new tribute to look for on Main Street, U.S.A. The window is installed above Crystal Arts, tying Irvine’s long Disneyland history to Leota Toombs’ legacy as the face of Madame Leota in Haunted Mansion.

The window

Disney Parks said the new tribute window is dedicated to Kim Irvine and Leota Toombs and is located above the Crystal Arts shop on Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland. The company framed the reveal as a family milestone as well as a park-history one, calling it the first mother and daughter window on the street.

The wording on the window references Crystal Ball Glass Co., with both names featured prominently. The placement also fits the Haunted Mansion connection, since Leota Toombs became part of Disneyland history as the original face of Madame Leota.

Why it matters

Kim Irvine has spent decades shaping Disneyland’s look and feel as an Imagineer, while Leota Toombs is one of the park’s most recognizable creative legacies. Putting both names on one Main Street, U.S.A. window gives Disney a way to honor that family link directly inside the park.

Disney also said Kim Irvine will be honored as a Disney Legend at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event this summer, which adds another official recognition layer to the reveal.

What guests will see

Guests can now spot the new window above Crystal Arts while walking through Main Street, U.S.A. Disney also shared ceremony images showing Irvine with Mickey Mouse and speaking in front of the storefront during the dedication.

This is a smaller news item than a ride opening or a ticket change, but it is still a meaningful Disneyland update for guests who care about the park’s history and the Imagineers behind it.
