Universal Orlando Resort is serving six new Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month food and drink items from May 1 through May 31, 2026.

The limited-time menu is spread across Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Universal CityWalk and Epic Universe, so guests do not need to be in one park to find every item.

What is available

At the San Fran Street Cart near Lombard’s Seafood Grille in Universal Studios Florida, Universal is offering Roujiamo, a Chinese street food with braised pork in a flaky baijimo bun.

Confisco Grille in Islands of Adventure is serving Crispy Bao Mi Buns. Universal describes the dish as sticky glazed pork belly with chili aioli, cucumber, pickled carrots, daikon, cilantro and mint inside a flash-fried bao bun.

Bend the Bao in Universal CityWalk has two of the May offerings: a Huli Bao Bun with huli huli chicken, coconut slaw, green onions, pineapple-lime glaze and chopped peanuts, plus Islander Boba made with black sorrel tea, brown sugar pearls, ginger-sugarcane syrup, calamansi and a sugarcane stick.

The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar in Universal CityWalk is adding Gochujang Salmon Bites. The appetizer uses gochujang seasoning with pickled cabbage, green onions and sesame seeds.

Where guests can find them

The menu covers multiple parts of the resort. Universal Studios Florida has the Roujiamo, Islands of Adventure has the Crispy Bao Mi Buns, CityWalk has the Huli Bao Bun, Islander Boba and Gochujang Salmon Bites, and Epic Universe has the Sabai Manhattan at The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant.

The Sabai Manhattan is a Thai-inspired cocktail made with Thai liqueur, sweet vermouth, honey syrup and ginger powder, then garnished with a cherry. Universal notes that guests must be 21 or older with valid photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.

For park guests

The useful planning detail is the short window. The items are tied to AANHPI Heritage Month and are listed for May 1 through May 31, 2026, not as permanent menu additions.

Guests who want to try several of the items should plan around location, especially during Universal Orlando’s summer 2026 season. CityWalk is the easiest stop for multiple offerings because Bend the Bao and Cowfish are both outside the theme park gates, while the other items require admission to their respective parks.

Universal has not announced pricing in the blog post, and availability can vary by location during a limited-time food run.
