SeaWorld San Diego’s Howl-O-Scream Summer Scream Sale is live through Sunday, June 14, 2026, with 2026 event tickets starting at $30.99 each when guests buy four or more.
For visitors planning Halloween season in Southern California, the main practical change is price. The lowest posted ticket is tied to a four-pack, while single-night, any-night, unlimited, and group options are also listed on SeaWorld’s official ticket page.

Sale price
The featured Summer Scream Sale offer lists Howl-O-Scream 2026 any-night tickets as low as $30.99 each. SeaWorld says that price requires a minimum purchase of four tickets.
The park’s page also lists single-night tickets starting at $41.99, any-night tickets at $46.99, an Unlimited Scream Pass at $91, and group tickets for 15 or more guests starting at $35.99 each. Prices are listed before parking, taxes, and service fees.
Event dates
Howl-O-Scream runs on select nights from Friday, September 11, 2026 through Saturday, October 31, 2026 at SeaWorld San Diego.
The event starts at 7 p.m., but SeaWorld says Howl-O-Scream ticket holders may enter the park beginning at 6 p.m. Event tickets do not include regular daytime admission to SeaWorld San Diego.

What is included
SeaWorld describes Howl-O-Scream as a nighttime Halloween event with haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, themed bars, rides, and coasters inside the park.
The official FAQ says Electric Eel, Emperor, and Arctic Rescue are expected to be open during Howl-O-Scream, weather permitting. Animal viewing areas are not available during the event.
Entry rules
Howl-O-Scream is not recommended for children under 13. SeaWorld says guests in costumes or face paint are not permitted.
The event also has a bag policy. Bags larger than 8 inches by 5 inches are not permitted through the Howl-O-Scream entrance, with exceptions for medically necessary items after inspection.

Before buying, match the ticket type to the actual plan: date-specific tickets work for one fixed night, any-night tickets help when the group needs flexibility, and the unlimited pass only makes sense for guests expecting multiple visits.
