Something terrifying is coming in the official Avengers: Doomsday trailer, and Earth’s warriors aren’t sure they can stop it. The Marvel film opens in theaters on December 18, 2026, with tickets now on sale exclusively for Infinity Vision certified theaters.
Marvel Entertainment published the 146-second trailer through its official YouTube channel on Monday, July 20, 2026. The official description keeps the release message short: “Doomsday arrives December 18th.”
The trailer begins with a warning: “Something’s coming. Something we may not be able to deter.” Before the day ends, the heroes will face what one speaker calls an “unthinkable decision.” Marvel doesn’t identify the speakers behind those lines.
The warning gets worse.
One warrior recalls fighting alongside people who were stronger than the assembled group, only to watch them die against enemies that seemed less frightening than the threat ahead. The speech gives Avengers: Doomsday a clear rallying cry: every past sacrifice will mean nothing unless the heroes stand together.
“Put aside your petty squabbles,” another voice demands. Anyone who returns from what’s coming will return as “brothers and sisters,” with cheering and music rising behind the declaration.
Then the mood snaps.
“We’re going to need a miracle” is followed by a casual “Hey, pal,” and those two words are doing a lot of work.
Where are Avengers: Doomsday tickets on sale?
Tickets are available for screenings at Infinity Vision certified theaters, and Marvel directs ticket buyers to fandango.com/avengersdoomsday. If you’re planning to see the movie on its December release date, that certification is the access rule attached to the current ticket sale.
Marvel promotes Infinity Vision through bigger, brighter, and more immersive screens.
The final exchange is brief. Someone insists, “It’s not possible,” followed only by a sigh and one last “Oh.”
