Disney and Swedish artist Gustaf Westman revealed the first three pieces in their new home decor collection on October 12, 2026: a Mickey Mouse Tumbler, Mickey Mouse Cup and Mickey Mouse Sofa.

For Disney collectors, the first look covers both kitchenware and furniture. The pieces turn familiar character shapes into sculptural objects, with Mickey’s ears built into a tumbler lid and a cup’s saucer rather than printed character artwork.
The first three pieces
The Mickey Mouse Tumbler combines Mickey’s red, black and yellow colors with a glazed ceramic design. Its lid carries Mickey Mouse’s ears.
The tumbler is a Disney take on Westman’s existing Chunky Tumbler, a staple of his brand. It keeps the home-goods focus: the piece can hold a favorite beverage while adding a character-inspired object to a table or shelf.
The cup features a Mickey Mouse-shaped saucer. Its design is similar to Westman’s usual Chunky Cups.
The third reveal moves beyond drinkware. The Mickey Mouse Sofa is a black leather piece, with the rounded form and sculptural style that also run through the smaller items in the collection.
Mickey & Friends inspiration
Westman’s collection draws from the colors, shapes and silhouettes of Mickey & Friends. The design approach uses recognizable details from the characters instead of relying on faces or traditional graphics.
Donald Duck’s bowtie, Minnie Mouse’s polka dots and Mickey Mouse’s ears are among the visual cues behind the collection. Signature character color combinations are another part of the design language, woven into Westman’s chunky, rounded shapes.
The first three revealed products all center on Mickey Mouse. The broader Mickey & Friends inspiration extends beyond that initial group, with the rest of the collection still to be revealed.
The designer
Westman is known for playful, sculptural home essentials, including kitchenware, furniture and decor. His colorful contemporary work turns everyday objects into statement pieces, and the Disney collaboration combines that approach with classic characters.
Before creating the collection, Westman visited Disneyland Paris to immerse himself in the characters’ worlds. His personal Disney fandom began before that trip and helped shape the ideas behind the collaboration.
More pieces will be shared at a later date. Collectors looking beyond the tumbler, cup and sofa can follow the full collection reveal on Disney Parks Blog before choosing which designs to make room for at home.
