Disney, Make-A-Wish and MrBeast held Wishes Assemble on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, bringing nearly 40 wish kids and their families to Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure park at Disneyland Resort for a private Avengers-inspired event.
For regular park guests, the update is mostly a Disneyland Resort news note rather than a planning change. Disney described the event as part of Disney Week of Wishes, not a new daily Avengers Campus offering.

The event
Wishes Assemble was built around Avengers-themed wish moments for kids battling critical illnesses. The day included personalized experiences across Disneyland Resort, with the central celebration taking place inside Avengers Campus.
The participant lineup included MrBeast and several creators, including Mark Rober, Dude Perfect, Sam & Colby, PrestonPlayz and BriannaPlayz, and Clix. Disney said the children stepped into the role of Avengers recruits during the event.
The Avengers Campus moments
The day began with a comic book art lesson focused on drawing Spider-Man. Anthony Mackie, who plays Captain America, made a surprise appearance and gave wish kids Hasbro Captain America action figures.

Disney said Mackie also spent time with 9-year-old wish kid Coen, whose wish was to meet him, and the two rode Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission BREAKOUT together.
MrBeast led a scavenger hunt before welcoming the children to a Beast Games-style experience. Mark Rober hosted an egg drop experiment from Avengers Headquarters, while Dude Perfect presented trick-shot stations, games and challenges.
Creators and keepsakes
Other confirmed moments included PrestonPlayz and Clix spending time with wish kids in gaming spaces for Fortnite and Minecraft before riding WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. Sam & Colby hosted a spooky storytime with Agatha Harkness.
Disney said YouTube worked with Disney and Make-A-Wish on a Creator Corner lounge that included a memento award ceremony and an interactive thumbnail creation station made with MrBeast’s team.
Disney’s Make-A-Wish milestone
During Wishes Assemble, Bob Iger received the inaugural WishMaker Lifetime Achievement Award from Make-A-Wish America. The recognition honored his contributions to the organization.

Disney has helped grant more than 175,000 wishes with Make-A-Wish over more than 45 years. The company also helped grant more than 110,000 wishes during Iger’s tenure and provided Make-A-Wish with $30 million of support last year.
The practical takeaway: Wishes Assemble was a private Make-A-Wish celebration, so Disneyland visitors should not expect a new scheduled entertainment offering from this announcement. It does add another major Disney Week of Wishes moment at Disneyland Resort.
