The second Disney Store Limited Time location is open. Disney opened the store on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey. Disney Parks Blog covered the opening day on site. The store runs in collaboration with Go! Retail Group and stays open through the 2026 holiday season.

It follows the first Disney Store Limited Time at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Patrick Sager, VP Disney Store, said the format brings the Disney Store experience into new communities and helps the team learn how fans engage with the brand. He called the New Jersey store another flexible experience that meets fans where they are.
What happened on opening day
Fans lined up before the doors opened. Disney handed out commemorative giveaways for opening day only, including a postcard, stickers, and paper headbands. The store also carries over the Disney Store opening ceremony tradition. Each morning, one guest gets picked to unlock the store with an oversized ceremonial key.
Disney says most shoppers on day one were New Jersey locals, with others coming in from New York and Connecticut.
Inside the 2,300-square-foot store
The exterior has a Garden State mural on one side and New Jersey symbols on the other. The window displays feature Spider-Man swinging into the scene and a 100th anniversary Winnie the Pooh with his friends and a pot of hunny.
Inside, a New Jersey art piece greets you with Mickey and Friends in streetwear playing music next to the signature plush tower. Character portraits of Princess Jasmine, Olaf, Winnie the Pooh, and Super Heroes line the walls. The full-length mirrors carry Disney Store Limited Time decals for photos.
One section uses old-school diner graphics with a neon sign for fresh bagels and a Highway 17 marker. Violets, the state flower, sit in the trim of the artwork there. The store also has “magic mirrors” that show characters dropping in, like Chip ‘n’ Dale in the diner window or Maleficent walking past a door.
The New Jersey exclusives
Disney Store Times Square sells NYC-themed products you can’t get anywhere else. The Paramus store gets the same treatment. Two location-exclusive pieces, a tee and a tote bag, carry New Jersey artwork and symbols. The designs include the state flower, a Jersey Shore scene, and a slice of pizza.
What else is on the shelves
Day-one shoppers went straight for pins, Wishables, and mugs. Apparel runs from toddler sizes through adult sizes. The store is organized by franchise, with dedicated areas for Disney Princess, Cars, Toy Story, and Star Wars.
There’s a Halloween section stocked with Urupocha-Chan plush, bag charms, tees, home goods, and costumes. It also has the character face totes, including a pastel pink one from the Cutie Ghost collection. Products inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas and Disney Villains sit in the same area. My 2026 Disney Halloween merchandise guide covers the wider lineup.
What to know: Disney Store Limited Time is open now at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey, through the 2026 holiday season. The New Jersey tee and tote are only sold at this location. New Jersey residents also have a Disney Store outlet in Elizabeth.
