Walt Disney World is adding a big batch of new snacks and drinks this fall. Disney Parks Blog posted the full lineup on September 3. It covers new Mickey waffles and pancakes at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, the three All-Star resorts, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and both Disney’s Port Orleans food courts, ten new churro items, and a long list of frozen slushes, milkshakes, specialty drinks, and cocktails.

Here’s what’s coming and where to find it. Disney notes that all offerings are subject to change and availability.
What are the new Mickey waffle flavors at Disney World?
Breakfast is the resort food court story. Landscape of Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort gets Birthday Cake Waffles and Birthday Cake Pancakes. Both come with birthday cake custard, cake crumbles, and rainbow sprinkles.
Each All-Star resort gets its own flavor. End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort serves Mickey-shaped Caramel-Banana Waffles topped with streusel. Where are the new churros at Disney World?

Ice Cold Hydraulics has Cookie Butter Mini Churros with cookie butter cream and crushed cookies. Market sells Chocolate-filled Mini Churros, and Popcorn and Snacks carries Cookies and Cream Mini Churros.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park pairs two park classics at Warung Outpost. Happy Landings at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park gets the same sundae in 2027. Over at Isle of Java, the Churro-misu Cold Brew tops Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee with a house made tiramisu cold foam. It comes with a churro on the side.
EPCOT gets two churro items. Sunshine Seasons builds a Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae from churro loops, strawberry soft serve, strawberry compote, whipped cream, and cake crumble. What are the new frozen slushes?
Four non-alcoholic slushes spread across the parks, Disney Springs, and several resort bars. Key Lime Dream blends Minute Maid Limeade and key lime, topped with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs. It pours at Studio Main Entrance Coffee at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Pinocchio Village Haus at Magic Kingdom Park, Regal Eagle Smokehouse Bar at EPCOT, and Beaches Pool Bar and Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

The slushes with alcohol start with the Old Fashioned Freeze. It blends Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon, a citrus and tea slushy, and angostura bitters. Look for it at Anaheim Produce, Regal Eagle Smokehouse Bar, Flame Tree Barbecue, and the Courtyard Pool Bar at Disney’s Grand Floridian. Blackberry Cobbler, made with Jack Daniel’s Blackberry Whiskey, comes to Backlot Express, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., and Pizzafari. Disney lists the timing as this fall for the bulk of the list. The Typhoon Lagoon spots and the Disney Springs outdoor vending carts are marked for 2027. If you’re planning fall food runs, the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival foodie guide, the Diamond Horseshoe pop-up menu, and the new Hurly-Burly menu at Disney’s BoardWalk are the other new menus worth a look.
What to know: The new items roll out across all four theme parks, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, Disney Springs, and several resorts this fall. Hollywood Studios has the most new churro stops. Happy Landings, Leaning Palms, and the Disney Springs outdoor vending carts get their items in 2027.
