Universal Destinations & Experiences gave families a first look at the stores and merchandise coming to Universal Kids Resort, which opens July 1, 2026 in Frisco, Texas. Each of the park’s seven themed lands gets its own shop stocked with apparel, plush, toys, and accessories tied to the characters kids already love.
Jurassic World Adventure Camp
At Jurassic World Outfitters, junior adventurers can gear up with dinosaur apparel and a deep toy line built for imaginative play. Kids can grab interactive masks, action figures, hatching dinosaur eggs, and larger-than-life LEGO sets. I love the glowing egg keychains that crack open to reveal a tiny plush dino. There’s also an oversized sleeping dinosaur plush made for snuggling after a long day. The Supply Depot kiosk adds ready-to-wear dinosaur-sized headwear and apparel. SpongeBob SquarePants Bikini Bottom
Inside Barg’N-Mart, the treasure-chest-themed shop leans all the way into Bikini Bottom charm. You’ll find a Glove World glove plush hat, Plankton and SpongeBob shoulder pals, plush rings, and sunny bucket hats. The shop also carries wet and dry apparel, toys, and character plush. The Grab-it Mart kiosk nearby stocks beach-ready accessories for the day.
Shrek’s Swamp
Triplets Treasures lets the whole family ogre-up their day. Matching ogre hoodies come in kid and grown-up sizes, and ogre ears are sold as a hat, headband, or bucket hat. Shrek and Donkey shoulder pals ride along as fun companions through the park. Expect apparel and plush of Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey too. Minions vs. Minions: Bello Bay Club
At Bello Bay Boutique, the land’s playful rivalry shapes the merch. Team Yellow and Team Purple apparel, accessories, headwear, and Minion plush all let kids pick a side. I covered this land in my Bello Bay Club reveal.
TrollsFest
Sparkle Shine Glitter Glow is the standout for me. The Troll-ify Me! experience turns kids and grown-ups into glittery, photo-ready versions of Branch, Poppy, and Guy Diamond, complete with wigs, headwear, apparel, and makeup. Mr. Dinkles’ Market kiosk adds festive tees and more TrollsFest gear.
Puss in Boots Del Mar
Mercado de Perrito covers Puss in Boots apparel, accessories, headwear, and cosplay for Del Mar fans. Next door, Tienda de Dulces serves themed sweets and treats to take home.
Isle of Curiosity featuring Gabby’s Dollhouse
At the park’s heart, the flagship Universal Kids Resort Store pulls the best merch from all seven lands under one roof. It adds resort-branded apparel, collectibles, and an expanded Gabby’s Dollhouse line of hats, headbands, character stuffies, and outfits. Kids can dress the part before joining Gabby’s Cat-Tastic Dance Party. The store works as both a launchpad and a wrap-up stop for the day.

If you’re planning a July visit, I’d grab the character pieces early, since opening-week shelves tend to move fast.
